APO YS70 25-70mm Black EPDM Retrofit Metal Roof Flashing
Overview
The APO YS70 square retrofit roof flashing features round rings in the range of 25-70mm (1-3'') with a square base dimension of 160x160mm.
The APO YS70 is a retrofit type roof flashing which can be split when cut along the guide line. This allows the roof flashing to be used in a repair job to wrap around an existing roof penetration. The stainless steel pinch clips are included to help close the roof flashing split and support its shape during the installation process. When the roof flashing is not cut and it can be used as a normal standard roof flashing for new installation jobs by fitting over the penetrations.
The roof flashing is used to seal roof penetrations such as pipes, poles, chimney and range-hoods. Roof screws and silicon are usually applied during the installations. The roof flashing rings should always be cut down one size smaller than the penetration, thus providing a slug fit as the EPDM rubber material will stretch when pushed. The APO roof flashing is made of durable UV rated black EPDM to ensure long term reliability in Australian harsh outdoor conditions.
