Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, we will dispatch the order the following business day. Orders received after 5:00PM will be processed the following business day

Shipping Service

All Plumbing Online uses Australia Post to ship most our products and one of the mainstream courier services for bulky items. We will also provide a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Shipping Locations

All Plumbing Online currently only ship domestically within Australia. Therefore we do not currently offer international shipping overseas.

Shipping Costs

All Plumbing Online offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping starts off at $13 and Express starts off at $17 for items with combined weight less than 5kg. Shipping prices may increase depending on the bulk of you order (e.g. extra charges will be applied  after a certain order weight/size). Small items that can fit into an envelope will be subjected to alternative reduced shipping cost. If you spend over $200 you will be eligible for free shipping. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

Local Pickup

All Plumbing Online also offer free local pickup. Our store is located at 6 Sheridan Crescent, Shailer Park QLD 4128. Local pickup operates between business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Potential Service Interruptions

Order may take longer to arrive than expected as there may be circumstances outside of our control that will delay our processing, dispatch and shipping services. We will typically send an email to you if these circumstances occur to inform you of these scenarios.
