DEKS Aluminium Base Roof Flashing is designed to seal roof penetrations such as vent pipes, exhaust pipes, water supply pipes, or small posts passing through tile or slate roofs. The flexible EPDM rubber boot can be trimmed on site to suit pipe diameters ranging from 50mm to 170mm (2"–6.75").
The Seldek Dektite base is made from 99.9% pure aluminium, which will not stain or corrode roofing or gutter materials. The malleable aluminium base is lead-free, allowing collected rainwater to remain safe for domestic use.
The aluminium base flashing is suitable for roof pitches from 0° to 45°, making it ideal for both flat and sloped tiled roofs.
