DEKS Nulead Lead Base Dektite Tile Roof Flashing

Overview

The Deks Lead Base Dektite range is designed as a tile roof flashing with a flexible black EPDM rubber cone or a high-temperature red silicone cone, both of which can be easily custom-trimmed on site to suit roof penetrations ranging from 5 mm to 330 mm, commonly used for electrical wiring, antennas, copper pipes, vent pipes, flue pipes, or hot exhaust outlets.

The specially formulated Nulead grey primed acrylic coated lead base comes in sizes ranging from 410 × 490 mm to 550 × 850 mm depending on the model. The unique thermo-baked coating does not affect the lead’s malleability while preventing potential lead poisoning or leaching onto the roof and into gutters, downpipes, and the water tables in the soil.

Additionally, some models in this range feature 4 small grommets ideal for additional electrical wiring entries.

The Deks Nulead lead base Dektite ranges of products are commonly used in areas where the roof surfaces are uneven or curved and require high flexibility and conformity. The ductility of the lead material makes the Nulead Dektites the preferred option by roofers over other aluminium or polymer base alternatives.
