Deks Rapidflash Adhesive Base Dektite Tile Roof Flashing

Overview

The DEKS Rapid Flash Self Adhesive range is a self-adhesive roof flashing designed for handling roof penetrations such as vent pipes, exhaust pipes, electrical cables, antenna poles, or small fixed structures. The range features a flexible EPDM rubber cone available in both round and square profiles that can be trimmed on site to suit penetrations with diameters from 6 mm to 330 mm and can be used on both metal and tile roofs. Some models in the range include additional small grommets in the rubber cone, allowing for additional electrical cable passages.

The Rapid Flash base is made from polymer rubber reinforced with aluminium mesh, allowing it to conform to roof surfaces and perform effectively on uneven or curved areas, with sizes such as 280 × 450 mm, 370 × 560 mm, and 560 × 850 mm.

The fully adhesive base enables quick installation without the need for additional sealants or fixings. Rapid Flash Dektite products can be installed in approximately 50% less time than traditional metal-based flashings. The combination of DEKS Dektite technology and a 100% lead-free fully adhesive base ensures that collected rainwater remains safe for domestic use and free from lead contamination.
