DEKS DFE10MB 0-20mm Dektite Micro Metal Roof Flashing
Overview
The DEKS DFE10MB Dektite Premium Micro roof flashing is designed for small roof penetrations ranging from 0–20mm (0–0.75”). The 71 × 71mm aluminium base is the smallest base Dektite in the DEKS range. Its compact and flexible aluminium base allows installation in very small penetration areas or locations with limited roof surface space. The Deks roof flashing is made of durable UV rated Black EPDM and is BAL rated to ensure long term reliability in Australian harsh outdoor conditions.
Dektite Micro is perfect for sealing very small roof penetrations such as electrical cables, sensor wires, antenna leads, or wiring for solar installations. Roof screws and silicone are usually applied during the installations. The roof flashing rings should always be cut down one size smaller than the penetration, thus providing a slug fit as the EPDM rubber material will stretch when pushed.
With its small base size and formable aluminium construction, the Micro series is suitable for tight roof spaces or applications that require a compact flashing to ensure accurate waterproofing.
