Overview
The Brasshards Cupress 4CPT50 Water Copper Press Fitting 50mm Equal Tee is compatible with all major copper press systems, including Viega, Connex Banninger B Press, and Kembla Kempress. Equal tee fittings like this are commonly used in plumbing setups such as tempering valve installations (drawing cold water from the main line), ECV valve connections, or anywhere a branch line is needed to divert water.

The 4CPT50 features a lip at each end of the fitting to help align the press areas precisely on the copper pipe and to provide additional sealing material when pressed. It includes a black EPDM O-ring, suitable for potable water applications with a temperature range of -20°C to 110°C and a maximum pressure rating of 1600 kPa. The fitting uses a slug-fit design, staying in place on the pipe until the press tool is applied. Once pressed, it forms a permanent, watertight connection without deforming the internal pipe, ensuring uninterrupted water flow.
