AW Metpress DN15 1/2" PFG085 gas copper press fitting 45° deg elbow M & F is compatible with all popular press tools and their copper press systems such as Viega, Connex Banninger B Press and Kembla Kempress.
The AW 45° degrees press elbows are used extensively in all modern plumbing works, allowing a neat half bend in a beautiful finish and presentation.
The AW Metpress gas copper press elbow features a lip at the end of the fitting. The lip helps align the actual press areas along the copper pipes and provide extra sealing material when pressed. The yellow sealing ring is made of HNBR O-ring, specifically designed for gas applications, suitable for LPG and Natural Gas (NG) systems with a temperature range of -20 - 70 °C and a maximum pressure rating of 1600 kPa.
The AW Metpress copper press fittings have a slug fit over the copper pipes and will remain in place until the press tool is applied, allowing easy installations and adjustments. Once pressed and secured by the correct press tool, the fitting will not dent or deform the internal copper to ensure unhindered water flow. These features have made the AW copper press systems a faster and safer connections to conventional compression or capillary systems. AW offers a 25 years warranty on the Metpress copper press fittings.
