Overview

DEKS RF803G grey Dektite retrofit roof flashing suits 85–255mm (3 3/8" – 10") penetrations and includes DEKS’ patented stainless steel zip lock clamps for a watertight re-seal. This retrofit design is ideal for situations where the flashing cannot be slid down from the top of the pipe. The DEKS Dektite is made from a specially formulated UV-resistant grey EPDM rubber which is BAL rated under Australian building codes. The unique 368mm diameter round shape aluminium base is flexible to conform to any roof profiles.

The DEKS retrofit Dektite is ideal for sealing roof penetrations such as vent pipes, drain pipes, small poles, or other fixed structures. The zip lock clamps allow the flashing to be fully opened, wrapped around existing penetrations, and then locked back together to create a watertight seal. This zip lock design enables quick, tidy, and safe installations on metal roofs, particularly where the top-down access is not possible.

The DEKS Dektite roof flashing suits roof pitches from 0° to 40°, and each ring on the EPDM cone is clearly marked for easy trimming. The EPDM rubber material can withstand constant temperatures from –50°C to 115°C for a wide range of applications in all outdoor environments.
