Brasshards Cupress 40mm 1 1/2” 4GPC40 gas copper press end cap DN40 crimp fitting is compatible with all popular press tools and their copper press systems such as Viega, Connex Banninger B Press and Kembla Kempress. This listing is for a single Brasshards Cupress copper end cap fitting.
The Brasshards Cupress copper end cap features a lip at the end of the fitting. The lip helps align the actual press areas along the copper pipes and provide extra sealing material when pressed. The black sealing ring is made of HNBR O-ring for portable gas applications with a temperature range of -20 - 110 °C and a maximum pressure rating of 1600kPa.
The Brasshards Cupress copper press fittings have a slug fit over the copper pipes and will remain in place until the press tool is applied, allowing easy installations and adjustments. Once pressed and secured by the correct press tool, the fitting will not dent or deform the internal copper to ensure unhindered gas flow.
